What is the state of privacy with Helio?

With Helio, your data is securely managed and handled with the utmost care. All collected information, whether environmental or individual, is protected by industry-standard encryption and privacy protocols. Data is only used for the purpose of creating plans and improving workplace safety.

Does Helio retain any collected data?

No! We do not store any data from our customers. We store the critical data in case of any noncompliance but you maintain and retain all of your own data.

Where is my data stored and how is it encrypted?

Helio AI utilises trusted cloud service providers (AWS) that meet rigorous security and compliance standards, including AES-256, the highest standard of data encryption.

Our cloud services are hosted in secure, geographically distributed data centres with built-in redundancy.

All customer data is replicated across multiple data centres to ensure availability and business continuity.

Who owns the data uploaded to Helio?

You retain full ownership of all data. We only process it to deliver the service and improve performance.

Upon request or at pilot end, all data can be exported or permanently deleted within 7 days

What’s your pricing model?

We start with risk-free customer pilots on a fixed fee per site covering setup, onboarding, and support. Post-pilot pricing scales per site/project, with flexibility for enterprise rollout.

What happens after the pilot?

After the pilot, we'll evaluate results with key outcomes, ROI insights, and a proposal for a wider site roll out. There’s no automatic renewal - everything is opt-in.

What’s your product roadmap?

As an early customer, you'll define our product roadmap with us, based on your needs and requirements.

Over the next 1–3 months, we're rapidly expanding automation and integrations.

Does Helio offer customer support?

Yes! Helio's Customer Support Team is extremely professional, responsive, and can be based on your time zone. Our Customer Support Team assists users with both simple issues, training, as well as custom requirements of difficult projects.
